Job Details

Our global client is a leading technology company focused in the sustainable fuel industry looking for a Commercial Solicitor to join their busy in-house legal department. This is based in Oxfordshire but offering hybrid working.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have experience in drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts and agreements and licensing of technology
  • Be able to take responsibility for the Company’s Global Intellectual Property (IP) portfolio and deal with matters relating to renewals, filings and administration
  • Be able to assist and help the department on a wide range of other interesting and varied legal project work
  • Have an industry background in sustainable fuel, energy, oil & gas or natural resources
  • Have trained in a top law firm
The successful candidate must be able to point to strong communication skills and good business and commerciality skills.

Our client envisages that candidates with between newly qualified and 6 years PQE will have the relevant skills / knowledge for this position, however this has been given as an approximate guide for applicants and our client is happy to consider the applications of candidates who fall outside of this PQE range but who have the relevant experience.
