Job Details
We have been instructed by a leading firm on a role for a senior corporate commercial lawyer.
With an established presence in the Middle East, the firm works with high-profile clients in most business sectors, with a focus on telecoms, construction and real estate, transport, manufacturing, and tourism.
The corporate and commercial team offers clients a comprehensive range of transactional advice, covering general commercial transactions, joint ventures, corporate structuring and reorganisation, and big-ticket infrastructure projects.
The partners are interested in hearing from candidates with at least 5 years of PQE at Magic/Silver Circle as well as other leading international firms.
Ideally, candidates will be coming from London but those already based in the Middle East will also be of interest.
In addition, the firm is keen to hear from Australian and Kiwi lawyers who may be considering a long-term move to the region.
With a tax free salary and ex-pat living, this is an extremely lucrative opportunity for junior lawyers to expand their professional experience and personal horizons.
