The corporate group works with a range of big name clients from industries including media, technology, property, and the financial services sector.

Their domestic strength is complemented by their expertise in multi-jurisdictional matters which offers associates an extremely good breadth of experience.  Associates can expect a broad diet of M&A, ECM and joint venture agreements.
