The Role

Due to increased workflow, this firm seeks a Contentious Trusts & Probate Associate/Solicitor 2-5 PQE to join their growing South London outfit.

This practice also has a considerable presence within the Contentious Trusts & Probate area. The directors have a vast wealth of knowledge, experience and formidable reputations; the Contentious Probate & Trusts department deals with the highest quality of work, including but not limited to Private Client, Contentious Trusts, Estates, Wills and the handling of more complex matters.

Your caseload will always be manageable, and you will also be asked to assist on complex and large matters alongside the more senior management. An experienced network always supports the teams.

This firm is looking to invest in individuals for the long term and actively encourage internal promotion. As a result, there is a genuine and clear prospect for career progression.

Requirements

  • You will be a Contentious Trusts & Probate Associate/Solicitor 2-5 relevant years PQE
  • You will be a dynamic and personable individual
  • You will have strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
  • You will be able to and comfortable in managing/developing client relationships
