JOB TITLE: Commercial Real Estate
PQE REQUIRED: 2-3 years' PQE

THE ROLE:
This regionally recognised and respected firm is looking for a new Commercial Real Estate Solicitor to join their highly successful and valued department. Within this role, you will be expected to carry out work with landlords and tenants, as well as developers and other household name PLC clients. The work will include a wide-range of matters including development work; extensive security lending in correspondence with sites used for commercial and residential development and commercial leases. This role would suit an ambitious individual passionate to handle a broad mix of high-end commercial real estate work.

THE CANDIDATE:
You will be a qualified solicitor with 2-3 years' PQE dealing with commercial real estate and will ideally have some leasehold enfranchisement experience. You will have excellent commercial acumen and a decisive and driven nature. You will also have confidence working with a wide variety of clients and will be able to demonstrate a competence in drafting contractual documents. The team have a gap for a 2-3 year qualified and are keen to hire at this level. There is a clear training plan alongside supported career development on offer.
