The Opportunity

A unique opportunity now exists for a real estate lawyer to join the legal team. You will work on a wide variety of landlord and tenant matters, primarily relating to the company’s UK leasing portfolio (lease renewals, fit outs, etc) along with construction matters (primarily for refurbishments) and a range of development matters. You will work closely with the business, advising on a wide range of day to day matters which are bound to arise in the context of a large occupier of real estate.

About You

A strong commercial real estate background is essential, with a focus on landlord and tenant work. Experience acting for retail companies would be highly regarded, as will any in-house experience. A keen interest to move in-house and work with a consumer brand and live its values is also key. You must also be able to demonstrate commercial acumen and strong relationship development skills and the ability to work directly with the business.
