Legal Counsel 2 – 5 pqe
To further enhance their in-house legal team our client seeks a solicitor of c. 2- 5 pqe, who is interested in a varied legal role and a close working relationship with the business.
The existing legal team are well placed to support candidates with training and development if applicants are coming from a private practice background, previous in house experience in desirable but not essential.
Job Purpose/ Requirements:
This role will give the successful applicant an opportunity to join a very busy legal team. Reporting to and working closely with the General Counsel, this role spans all business divisions and working with business managers, delivery, and sales staff across all offices. It will include responsibility on a day-to-day basis for client and supplier contracts, as well as involvement in other matters that the team handles (this may include IP matters, insurance queries, due diligence, corporate projects, employment matters, tenant, and lease issues).
