US qualified capital markets attorneys are sought by leading US law firm for opportunities in both tieir Hong Kong and Singapore offcies. Offering a wide variety of stimulating work across ECM/DCM and some M&A, my client offers a market leading financial package (Cravath rates) and enhanced career progression to those who are looking to build a long and fulfilling career in the region.
To be considered, you will have between 2-5 years post admition experience gained at a pier law firm and be ready & capable of taking responsibility for transactions. Technically strong with excellent English drafting skills, a first-class academic pedigree is essential while regional languages are distinct advantage (but not absolutely essential). Relocation assistance can be offered to those currently based overseas.
