The role:
This firm is looking to appoint a Commercial Property Solicitor 5+ years PQE to work in their thriving Tunbridge Wells office.
The work will be broad making for an interesting caseload; this will include acquisitions and disposals, investment, development commercial leases and landlord and tenant.
The team acts for clients in Kent and the South East area, but their reach spans across the UK within sectors including retail, construction, technology, education and hospitality.
As an established lawyer, you'll be able to demonstrate effective business development capabilities as the firm want someone who is able to build new relationships to further strengthen their foothold in the market.
Requirements:
- Commercial Property Solicitor 5+ years PQE
- Highly meticulous, commercially focused and outcome orientated
- Track record in business development & marketing the department projects
