Job Details
Global US law firm, which has one of Asia’s leading Private equity practices, seeks an ambitious mid level associate to join its busy team. The successful candidate will work with an impressive blue chip client base on some of the region's most high profile private equity deals. You will be US, UK or HK qualified, with extensive experience representing private equity funds and other sophisticated investors in a range of cross-border investment transactions, including leveraged buyouts. You will work within a supportive and well resourced team with two of Hong Kong's leading M&A / PE partners who are known as being excellent mentors. Fluency in Mandarin is required
