The Role:
You will join a growing Corporate team as an Associate in their firm's vibrant Manchester office.
You will work closely alongside a renowned Partner who offers significant experience and knowledge for you to learn from. The Partner is a genuine leader and will invest their time and energy into seeing you achieve your full potential.
The quality of work the Manchester Corporate team undertakes is exceptional, and you will gain hands-on exposure to a range of work including, mergers & acquisitions, private equity transactions, and joint ventures.

Requirements:
- You will have sat at least one seat within a Corporate team during your training contract
- Ideally have gained experience of M&A, joint ventures, and private equity
- Comfortable working in a close-knit team whilst using your own initiative
- Keen to get involved in business development
