About the role:
As the Real Estate Legal Executive/ Senior Paralegal you will be responsible for the following work flows:
* Running files from start to finish - drafting and negotiating a wide range of transactional documentation including leases, lease renewals, transfers, surrenders, and licenses;
* Undertaking, reviewing and reporting on search results, title investigation and negotiated documents;
* Undertaking completions and managing the post-completion aspects of the transactions, including preparing SDLT Returns and making applications to the Land Registry;
* The management and supervision of a team of paralegals on particular work-streams;.
* Liaising with colleagues, lawyers on the other side of the transaction and clients; and
* Working as part of the wider team on large corporate and client projects.
About the Real Estate Legal Executive/ Senior Paralegal:
You will have a minimum of one years' experience as a Real Estate Paralegal or Legal Executive and will be familiar with running files from start to finish.
Additional requirements include:
* Strong technical skills and proven experience of drafting a range of Real Estate documents;
* The ability to work well individually and within a team;
* Excellent communication, organisation and interpersonal skills;
* Confidence in working to client deadlines;
* Excellent academic qualifications; and
* A demonstrable aptitude for delivering great client service.
