This is a golden opportunity to join a well-known Hampshire Legal 500 firm but in a senior capacity with many responsibilities on the operations side.

You should have upwards of 6 years PQE with ideally a excellent working knowledge of the local property market.

You can expect a full caseload of your own encompassing residential sales and purchase matters, plot sales, new build and shared ownership and equity release.

You will also be expected to keep an eye on the work of your team providing support where necessary especially technical support on complex matters.

Our team of knowledgeable conveyancers support a variety of transactions including: sales and purchases of all types of residential property, shared ownership work, a great deal of new build property work and equity release.
 
As well as being a very skilled conveyancer you should be able to demonstrate supervisory and leadership skills.
 
Applications from relocators will be considered however you should be able to demonstrate a commitment to live and work in the Hampshire region.
