A fantastic in-house legal counsel role has become available with a nationally recognised PLC based in Warrington.

The role has arisen as part of succession planning, the legal team are renowned for their staff retention which is highlighted by all the team members having been with the company for a number of years. The company are looking for a strong and diligent Regulatory Solicitor to join their team based in Warrington, they embraced flexible working pre Covid-19 however are currently working 2 days per week in the office and 3 from home.

This role is a perfect opportunity for a Regulatory Solicitor to enhance their career as an in house Legal Counsel. You'll be working in a specialised area where you will run prosecutions and handle defenses bought to the company in addition to having the opportunity to work on broader environmental, planning and information law. You'll be an integral part of raising commercial awareness across the business and ensure appropriate advice is taken at an early stage. You'll have good knowledge of the legal sector as you will need to monitor changes in the law and take steps to help the company follow legal frameworks. You'll communicate and offer legal advice on various sector relating matters across the business on a daily basis.
