THE ROLE
This is an opportunity for Senior Associate to join a highly regarded Venture Capital and Equity Investments team.
This role provides a unique opportunity for an ambitious corporate lawyer to participate in the growth and development of a leading national practice. You will be working alongside partners and associates across the Corporate Commercial teams.
As a Senior Associate, you will be advising a broad ranging client base acting for investors on their portfolio investments, advising start-ups and spin-outs on initial set ups and seed financing and fast growth businesses on their fundraisings in addition to more general corporate work
THE CANDIDATE
You will be a Corporate Solicitor 4+ PQE, with experience gained in a City or large regional firm.
Ideally, you will have experience of equity investment work with a strong background in transactional work
