This is a great opportunity for a Technology lawyer with experience in SaaS / software licensing.

We are working with a major SaaS business. Their global GC is looking to hire an experienced legal counsel in the UK (or Continental Europe) to be part of a small team supporting the EMEA region.

ROLE
The role reports directly to global GC and shares responsibility for EMEA with 2 more colleagues as part of global team of 11. We are looking for an experienced commercial lawyer who is open to an autonomous, broad and exciting role with a lot of responsibility and responsibility.

You will work closely with the business teams (sales, engineering, marketing etc) across several jurisdictions - responding to their requests, summarising and communicating legal risks, supporting partner organisations and drafting and negotiating complex high value SaaS, software licence, resale and vendor / supplier contracts with world’s largest enterprises.

REQUIREMENTS (MUST HAVE)

  • Experience drafting contracts under the English or US law
  • SaaS / Software Licensing experience
  • As a guide - this role will suit someone with 4-6 PQE
