The Role

The firm are looking to hire an experienced Employment Senor Solicitor or Partner into their thriving Essex office

With succession plans in place, this outstanding firm are seeing a commercially minded Employment specialist to head up their department. The caseload will depend on your own focus, but you can be expected to work on a range of matters for Employers and Employees such as: Employment Disputes and Tribunals, Settlements Contracts and Handbooks, Restrictive Covenants, Business Restructuring, Discrimination, Unfair Dismissal, TUPE and Disciplinaries

If you are an experienced Employment Solicitor or existing Partner seeking the opportunity to join a leading Essex practice as their Head of Employment.

Requirements

  • You will be an Employment Solicitor or Partner with at least 5 years PQE +
  • Experience of managing and mentoring more junior colleagues is advantageous
  • You should have first-class communication, outstanding business development skills and an entrepreneurial flair
  • A transferable client base or regional contacts is highly advantageous
  • Salary is competitive and negotiable depending on your level of PQE, you will also receive an industry leading benefits package
