The Role

As the team has expanded, the focus on corporate work has moved to larger blue chip and multinational companies, and along with the growth, the finance area has expanded with the addition of several financial organisation clients throughout the UK. The high calibre of clients is testament to the firm's specialist knowledge in financial matters and they are looking to become one of the 'go to' firms in the region.

The reason for this vacancy is due to growth. The Partners would like to develop an NQ - 3 years PQE Solicitor to handle the following matters.

  • Acquisition finance
  • Mergers and acquisitions
  • Disposals
  • Private equity transactions
  • Capital markets
  • Transaction due diligence
  • Joint ventures
  • Shareholder agreements
  • Reorganisation and demergers
  • Corporate structure and governance



Requirements

  • You will be a Corporate Solicitor with 0 - 3 years PQE
  • The ability to confidentially communicate at the highest level
  • Sufficient experience to run transactions and foster relationships with their existing client base
