The Role
The team are at the forefront and offer guidance to a full spectrum of clients in the UK and globally. The firm now require a senior hire to become immersed in maintaining and developing client relationships alongside handling a broad range of matters.
The team is recognised for the work they do in both contentious and non-contentious matters, being the experts in internal disciplinary /grievance/capability processes, reviewing policies and procedures and contracts, advising on equalities obligations, conduct of and/or support on Employment Tribunals, advising on TUPE processes including inputting into drafting of commercial agreements and delivering training on a broad range of employment issues whilst supporting business development.
You will be hands on with client relations, quickly rise to become an expert in the field and be met with a progression trajectory that is afforded to very few in employment law.
Requirements
- You will be an Employment Solicitor 5 + years PQE
- You will have strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
- You will be comfortable in managing/developing client relationships
