Corporate Solicitor

Excellent Corporate Associates around 3-8 years PQE are needed to join this Tier 1 Legal 500 Corporate team in the city. 
The team works in the corporate field on both M&A deals as well as capital markets matters. 
On the M&A side, they act for clients in the hospitality and leisure, corporate real estate, tech, financial services and insurance industries and are regularly involved in leading multi-jurisdictional transactions. The team is fully supported by a full complement of expertise required for M&A transactions including specialist tax, finance, IP and commercial, competition, pensions and employee benefits and employment advice.
In general, the size of deals range up to £50m. 
In relation to capital markets, they advise issuers, brokers and nomads on initial and secondary fundraising and private placings. Their capital markets experience is not only limited to the markets in London. The team has a great deal of experience in relation to debt listings on The International Stock Exchange (Channel Islands) having listed and managed a series of bonds for a number of clients (including one for a value of £250m).
With respect to this opportunity, the successful candidates will receive exposure to a variety of good quality corporate work in a team where they will be working directly with partners while being supported by trainees and paralegals.
