Team Leader for Plot Sales

Our client is looking for a Team leader for Plot sales to join their Housing and Regeneration team. As a premium and progressive legal 500 firm, providing health, social care, housing and emergency services/advice,
this is a great opportunity to join their organisation.

Your new role
You will be a team leader for Plot Sales and Asset Management, managing a team of paralegals.
Some key responsibilities will include
Allocating and delegating work fairly amongst the team and monitoring workload levels
Monitor the quality and accuracy of work by team members and their performance.
Assessing the training needs of the team and delivering training where possible
Immediately attending to and resolving any complaints arising from the work of the team
People management activities such as chairing team meetings, reviewing performance, carrying out probation reviews and appraisals
Identifying efficiencies and implementing improved workflows and processes within the team.
Providing management information as required to partners and clients.

What you'll need to succeed
Most importantly be able to demonstrate strong leadership and motivational skills.
Have experience managing others in a fast paced environment
Be commercial on approach
Experience in finance preparing and billing
Be organised, flexible and engaging
To have experience of residential conveyancing work, Current/recent Real Estate / Commercial Property / Housing experience (is not essential)- Would like the candidate to have a professional services background.
