Associate/Snr Associate - Corporate, 3+ PQE with Competitive Salary + Benefits
A genuine opportunity to develop and enhance expertise is available in this role for an experienced lawyer based in a leading UK law firm. You will advise a broad a broad range of clients, ranging from new start-ups, through to substantial private companies and PLCs on a broad range of corporate issues and transactions. An increasing amount of the team’s work is international.
Depending on experience, you will either support the partners and other members of the team, or you will work on your own matters, undertaking a broad mix of corporate work such as M&A, corporate finance, IPOs and other listed company work.
You will have a good background in transactional work and be able to demonstrate both working as part of a team on large transactions and managing smaller transactions.
Interviews will be conducted via video.
