Job Details
We are actively recruiting for a number of Commercial Contract Lawyers to work on 6-12 month projects within our general commercial services team. We are seeking qualified Lawyers with a Commercial background at all levels at all levels from 2 years PQE through to senior lawyers. These roles are all full remote working basis.
The role will provide exposure to a broad and varied range of commercial work supporting our clients.
Candidates will possess the following:
- Experience of commercial contract management and negotiation.
- Reviewing, drafting and negotiating a wide range of agreements. Agreements include: supplier, distribution, software licensing and outsourcing, procurement, major IT outsourcing projects.
- Reviewing, drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial and IT contracts
- Managing and prioritising a substantial and varied caseload
- Providing general legal and commercial advice
- Preparation of other ad-hoc legal paperwork
We are keen to speak to qualified lawyers with a Commercial background at all levels from 2 years PQE through to senior lawyers. All contracts are offered on a fully remote basis.
