Job Details
A top tier international law firm with a first class corporate and private equity practice are looking to appoint a corporate associate (1-4 PQE) to the team. The practice is known for providing advice to creative sectors such as tech, media, sports, fashion and hospitality.
This appointment sits within the firm's M&A and Private Equity practice which includes all aspects of corporate finance. Clients will include tech businesses, cutting-edge start ups and also clients from fintech and medtech industries.
Applicants will have experience of advising on private equity transactions, acting for investors and investees on behalf of a London based law firm.
