Opportunities in Sydney

Working alongside David Holland you will have the opportunity to work on M&A and corporate and securities law, private company acquisitions, public company takeovers and mergers, Australian Securities Exchange rules and initial public offerings, capital raisings, securities issues and corporate governance and compliance in industries including technology and telecoms, life sciences and health care, financial institutions and sports, media and entertainment.

Opportunities in Perth

Working alongside Matthew Johnson you will have the opportunity to work on a range of corporate transactional and advisory matters for the mining and resources sector including M&A, domestic and international equity and debt capital raisings, gaining exposure to both Australian and offshore transactions.

Matthew is named in Best Lawyers List in Equity Capital Markets, Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate Governance, Corporate, Commercial, Natural Resources and Mining categories, and is rated as an Acritas Star – independently rated lawyer. Matthew is the Global Head of Mining at Hogan Lovells.
