Funds (3-5yrs PQE) - Global Law Firm, Hong Kong

We have been engaged by a global law firm with considerable presence across the Asia-Pacific to assist in locating top quality funds lawyers for its burgeoning Hong Kong practice. 

Our client has earned a stellar reputation for advising on the structuring and formation of a broad spectrum of fund products, mainly in the areas of private investment funds, and are keen to hear from candidates looking to become part of a market leading practice in Asia. 

 To be considered for this opportunity:

• Applicants will be academically strong and have developed their experience to date a top-flight firm in Hong Kong, UK, Australia or New Zealand. 
• Possessing transactional (as opposed to regulatory) PE funds experience, you could also be a hedge funds or corporate/PE/RE M&A lawyer with JV experience interested in transitioning into a PE funds role.
• In all cases you will be individually motivated with exceptional communication abilities, looking to build a long term career within a dynamic team environment. 
• Ideally with post qualification experience between 3-5 years, you will be HK/UK/AUS/NZ qualified. 
• There are no language requirements for this hire, albeit bilingual Chinese/English speakers will be of particular interest.
