The team:
The firm’s Real Estate department are well known for their multifaceted offering which has broad capabilities in estate and asset management, and transactional work. They also possess notable expertise in development, including high-end residential and hotel redevelopments. The team advises developers and investors from both the UK and overseas, including HNWI and family offices. Their client basis is diverse, it also includes retailers, banks, offshore entities and wealth managers.
The role:
The successful Real Estate Paralegal can look forward to:
- Drafting, negotiating and reporting on leases, licences, concession agreements and related documents
- Assisting with larger transactions
- Running your own transactions carried out on a fixed fee basis
The firm have a fantastic reputation for promoting Paralegals up into trainee roles, with Paralegals across the firm given a very high level of responsibility.
About you:
- A Paralegal with at least 6 months’ Commercial Real Estate experience
- Someone looking for a role with lots of responsibility from the off
