Legal Counsel

A leading technology driven insurance organisation with global reach is looking to appoint a Legal Counsel in London to support the Group with a variety of corporate, commercial and regulatory tasks.

Take lead on the drafting and negotiation of any corporate and M&A activity and commercial contracts;

Advising on the Group's exposures from a legal perspective;

Be involved with contentious and non-contentious legal matters at Group level;

Act as a legal contact point for Group and working closely with the business lines for any legal matters that may arise; and

Supporting M&A activities and the structuring of new entities and subsidiaries.

We are interested in talking to a corporate or commercial lawyer with experience gained within the insurance market, insurtech or fintech experience advantageous. Lawyers from private practice also encouraged to apply providing they are able to demonstrate insurance experience.
