Senior Litigation Role – Middle East – Solicitor or Barrister – Top-Tier Firm (5+ PQE)

We have been instructed by a top-tier firm in the Middle East on an exciting opportunity for a senior litigator.

The firm is well-established in the region and its dispute resolution practice has a broad caseload with a focus on construction, competition, regulatory/compliance, and employment disputes.

Candidates will ideally be working as a solicitor in a leading City practice, or as a barrister in a high-profile London chambers, with at least 5 years of post-qualified experience.

Candidates should have broad commercial litigation experience, and any exposure to the areas above will be a bonus.  A connection to the region, and especially Arabic language skills, will be a big advantage but are not required to be considered.

The role will be to work closely with the partners as a senior member of the team.  There are excellent long-term prospects attached to this role as the firm will not hire someone at this level unless they are confident that they can take up a partner role in the future.  As such, there will be the opportunity to become fully involved in business development initiatives as well as supervising more junior members of the team.
