Real Estate Associate

This prestigious and leading international law firm is seeking a Real Estate NQ to join the award-winning team. The real estate team acts for clients including investors, developers, landowners, borrowers, banks, funds, occupiers and charities as well as a number of individuals in "The Sunday Times Rich List".

This position is for a Real Estate NQ (newly-qualified) Lawyer looking to work for a highly successful real estate team in London. You will work on a range of core real estate including:

• Acquisitions and disposals
• Complex development projects including promotion and option agreements relating to development land
• Portfolio acquisitions
• Landlord and tenant occupier work

The successful candidate will be between NQ - 2 years PQE with experience in real estate matters, as well as good communication skills and the ability to work across departments and offices.
