We are under instruction from the global managing partner of a leading offshore law firm to locate ambitious senior funds lawyers for their expanding Guernsey office. Advising on the formation, structuring and regulation of investment funds, the firm act for a plethora of leading asset managers and fund promoters through to start-up ventures, as well as financial institutions, sovereign wealth funds, family offices and pension funds.

Having identified an opportunity to significantly increase market share across the Channel Islands, they are keen to speak with candidates (Snr Associate to Partner) currently practicing onshore with a top tier funds team, and who possess both the technical ability and commercial acumen to take the practice forward. 

It should also be noted that our client is extremely busy across all their international offices, so while the development of the Guernsey office is at the top of the agenda, opportunities are available elsewhere across their network, including the Caribbean and Asia.
