They are currently recruiting for a mid-senior level Associate to join their prestigious Investment Funds team within their Australian Corporate Practice Group in Sydney. The Investment Funds team has a strong reputation in advising clients on a broad range of funds related matters and works alongside a global network of Investment Fund specialists.

The successful applicant will advise clients on a broad range of funds related matters including private equity and credit fund establishment, investment in private equity funds, private equity secondaries and carried interest and co-investment arrangements. Our client's team of Investment Funds specialists have advised on the establishment of some of the most significant private equity funds globally.

The ideal candidate will be between 4-8pqe. Transactional wholesale investment funds and sponsorship experience is desirable as is Australian qualified.
