Real Estate Finance NQ or Junior Lawyer

In the context of Manchester it fair to say that the real estate finance team is very much in the premier league. The depth of the banking practice is huge both locally and nationally and the core construct of its real estate practice just provide a solid foundation for the continued growth of the team.

That strength in depth is also the reason that the firm maintains such a high quality of real estate and real estate finance work.

The real estate finance team are looking to grow at grassroots level and so are looking to hire someone at NQ level who has a genuine interest in getting involved on the finance landscape but who also has a solid grounding in commercial real estate.

By way of example the role could comprise:

• real estate finance -  carrying out title diligence and completing or reviewing Certificates of Title/Reports on Title (including dealing with completions and registration requirements).
• real estate transaction experience including sale documentation, discharge documentation, searches and completions and leases (primarily lease reviews, but also agreements to lease, leases and variations.
