The Role

1+ PQE IP/IT Solicitor to L500 ranked team in Exeter

Joining a team considered the best in Exeter, you'll work alongside Partners on a varied caseload of contentious and non-contentious IP & IT law issues for clients across the UK and overseas.

The team has helped secure the brand, aid infringement and provide licensing to many UK and international businesses, with key sectors including, but not limited to Tech, Healthcare, Energy, Leisure and the Public Sector.

Ideally, you'll have existing experience in both, or either areas, bringing expertise in drafting, advising and negotiating IP and IT contracts. Contentious experience, or a drive to develop into this area is desired and will be fully encouraged.

Your addition to the team is strategic, with continued investment being applied to your development, offering increasingly complex work, whilst giving you room to breathe and set your course to Associate and senior levels of responsibility.

This is a rare opening for a driven and passionate IP/IT Solicitor to support sector-leading clients, with expert mentoring within a truly person-orientated firm.
