We are working with a fast-growth disruptive professional services firm with offices in Soho, London and Los Angeles. It offers strategic support to start-ups, scale-ups and SMEs to ensure its clients (predominantly in the tech and creative sectors and pre-IPO stage) are investable and scalable. They have created a new role for Legal & Business Affairs Executive to report to the COO.

You will be drafting and reviewing a broad range of commercial agreements including NDA's, terms and conditions and vendor agreement, supporting in the drafting, negotiating and reviewing of employment law contracts, handbooks and policies, intellectual property licenses, corporate governance best practices and will work closely with businesses/clients in identifying compliance, legal and business risks and offering solutions to mitigate them.

Personality-wise, this role will suit a junior lawyer, legal exceutive or paralegal (you must have the LPC) with a good breadth of previous experience, attention to detail, analytical skills and intellectual curiosity.
