AVIATION FINANCE - NQ-2PQE - U.S. FIRM

Much of the role focuses on sale and leasebacks, financing, refinancing, sales, purchases, lease agreements, novations, supply and maintenance services, private equity and restructurings and sale and leasebacks acting for airlines, aircraft operating lessors, engine manufacturers and financial intuitions on complex domestic, cross-border and multi-jurisdictional transactions involving both commercial and business aircraft, aero engines and components.

The clients vary from airlines/flag carriers to leasing companies to financial institutions/lenders. Specific work will include transaction and document management, complex drafting, client management, and negotiation of transaction documentation.

The firm pay in line with Silver Circle firms, however the expectation in terms of hours is more moderate at c.1600-177. The firm are also on board with agile working and wfh. The team is friendly and informal; the work is very broad and interesting.
