Your new firm
This highly regarded law firm are looking for an Associate Solicitor who has excellent litigation and dispute resolution skills, to join their Financial Services Litigation Team, working from home. This is an excellent opportunity to progress your career and enjoy a fresh challenge within a growing and fast paced team whilst working remotely.

Your new role
Being a part of this specialist team, you will be involved in a variety of work with new challenges along the way. These will include claims and complaints relating to negligent investment and tax-planning advice, as well as pension disputes. The team is renowned for group actions, small and large, as well as handling complex, multi-million pound disputes.
Whilst the main team are based in Bristol, the firm are happy for you to work remotely or go into your nearest local office, with travel to Bristol 3-4 times a year for team meetings.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a qualified solicitor with up to six years' experience; you will have excellent litigation and dispute resolution skills with a focus on professional negligence. Experience of handling financial series professional negligence claims would be advantageous but is not essential.
Being able to build strong relationships with clients is also essential to maintaining the high standard of this firm. You will be someone who is confident and able to assume conduct of files, working autonomously with only light supervision
