Associate/Senior Associate - Technology Projects - Remote and Flex working

The role:

You will be responsible for a range of commercial/IT and telecoms projects, working as a trusted advisor. Day to day the work will involve:

• General commercial agreements including telecoms contracts
• Software development and licensing
• IP
• Regulatory & Compliance

About you:

You will be a qualified Solicitor with at least 5 years post qualification experience in a range of TMT projects.

You may be working for a smaller regional firm, looking for the perfect opportunity to take the step up in terms of quality and sheer scale of work. You may be trapped in a larger team with little to no chance of progression, at the back of a line of other associates. Ultimately, you will be looking for the opportunity to handle some of the most interesting TMT projects work in an environment where you can manage your career progression at your own pace.
