Job Details
Our client is a leading magic circle equivalent in-house legal team in the Middle East. They are looking to hire a strong 3-7 years’ pqe of commercial contracts and procurement lawyer to work in the context of major projects in Saudi Arabia.
In this role, you will be responsible for advising the company and its’ affiliates on, and negotiating, a broad range of procurement-related transactions (non-contentious) related primarily to a wide range of commercial contracts, relating to procurement/energy/construction etc
To be successful in your application, you will ideally:
- Be educated and legally qualified with an international law firm and holding an advanced law degree (additional international legal studies and/or qualifications would be highly regarded);
- Have gained 4-7 years’ experience post-qualification in working on commercial contracts relating to large scale procurement and or projects (in particular EPC/EPCM arrangements),
- Most likely be currently employed in private practice or n-house within a similar business in a legal role focused on commercial/procurement matters.

Remuneration: up to 50-70k SAR a month (plus generous allowances)
