A widely respected National law firm are looking to continue the growth of their Property Disputes team with the hire of a Real Estate Litigation Partner. The firm can offer the chance to play an integral part in the growth of their offering, a competitive remuneration package and a well-established client base.

The team handle both international and domestic work acting for financial institutions, major developers, insurance companies and investors based overseas. This firm will offer the successful candidate the chance to grown their own practice and team, with the new joiner helping to maintain existing client relationships and build new ones. The team currently work on a broad range of contentious matters advising on general contractual disputes, right to light claims, restrictive covenants and high-end rent disputes.

The firm are looking to hire a Partner or a senior associate with portable business gained experience within a leading regional, City or International firm.
