THE ROLE
A role has arisen for an investment management and funds solicitor in the London office.
Clients include those across the investment management industry; investment managers, brokers, custodians, fund service providers and operating platforms.
The firm also works on investment vehicles such as UCITS, hedge funds, private funds, exchange-traded funds, and segregated institutional portfolios.
ABOUT YOU
A lawyer with 2pqe+, you will be keen to become a key part of the firm's investment management global platform and cross-border capability and so experience of advising asset managers in previous roles is essential.
Areas of interest will be those regulated by the FCA and PRA including asset management, of which regulatory experience will be the most valuable such as AIFMD, UCITS, MiFID, PRIIPs.
Other financial services-related or corporate experience which is not pure regulatory will also be of value, especially any funds establishment and documentation.
