A commercial firm with a top rate reputation throughout the East Midlands is looking to recruit a senior level lawyer to their commercial property team in Derby. 

The successful candidate will be tasked with heading up commercial real estate division within the firm and will be responsible for ensuring that they remain one of the leading, go to firms for this type of work.

Due to the senior nature of this role any applicants will be expected to demonstrate experience in partner level positions with managerial experience and a successful track record of leading real estate teams in their current or previous positions.

This firm enjoys a first rate reputation for this type of work and works for clients across a broad range of sectors on a varied range of work.  Their is a flow of excellent quality commercial property work coming into the firm due to this reputation and you will play a leading role in ensuring the team continues to provide a high level of service to current clients alongside continuing to look to develop the department further in line with the firms growth plans and strategies.
