Corporate Associate/Senior Associate Job with national firm - Bristol / Taunton / Cardiff / Hybrid

This ever-growing, national firm are looking for a Corporate Solicitor at the Associate/Senior Associate level to join their successful team in either their Bristol, Cardiff or Taunton office. The firm are renowned for giving expert advice in a wide variety of sectors across an extensive client base. You will work in a hybrid fashion, working from home and attending offices on occasion.

Your new role
You will be working closely with colleagues locally and nationally for a wide range of clients including many private companies and their owners in relation to M&A, equity funding and general corporate structuring work. You will also have the opportunity to be involved in bigger deals acting for large national or international businesses. You will take an active involvement in business development activities, helping to build client relationships and grow the practice.

What you'll need to succeed
You will preferably have 4+ PQE within a similar position; the firm are looking for someone who will make an immediate impact and who is looking to progress their career within corporate law.

You will have excellent communication skills which will assist you when involved in business development. As an experienced corporate lawyer, you will already have played a lead role in some transactions and acted as the principle assistant on other more complex ones. You will have built a solid foundation in mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance.

Beyond your technical skills, you will have developed strong client management skills and have a strong interest in business development. You will be a team player and will relish helping others and be eager to learn.
