Job Details
Our Client is a highly regarded Mid-Town London Firm who have grown markedly over the last year or so and who are now looking to supplement their Corporate team with the lateral hire of a commercially minded Partner or Senior Associate.
Whilst the suitable applicant will have some clients and a following of their own, the individual need not come with a complete case-load as there will be a small amount of work to inherit - One of the Firm's long-standing clients has been particularly active in recent times with some of this work needing to be serviced by the in-coming Partner.
The suitable candidate for this role should be experienced in a range of corporate matters, including, but not limited to; M&A; joint ventures & collaborations; private equity; corporate finance and corporate governance.
