Due to continued growth in this top tier national law firm, they are looking to recruit an ambitious Clinical Negligence Partner with a fantastic salary on offer.

A leading multi-service law firm, with national offices, plans to continue expanding its well established top tier Clinical Negligence Team. The Clinical Negligence role will be based in the firm’s modern well-situated office in the centre of Manchester. 

Your new role will require handling your own defendant caseload of clinical negligence files, ranging in levels of complexity and value, whilst offering support where needed to junior members of the team. 
 
The candidate should have an excellent academic profile, be hard-working, out-going and a good team player with experience of working in a city or medium/large regional firm. Holding a willingness to present to clients and contacts on key legal issues is a must and business development initiatives will form a significant part of this role. They will be able to demonstrate previous experience and a proven track record as a Defendant Clinical Negligence Solicitor, strong technical abilities and a sound understanding of the current climate in the healthcare market.
