The Company:

Our client is regarded as one of the elite real estate practices, with significant international reach. The firm are consistently ranked as one of the top tier firms for their work in the real estate sector, which sees them act for a range of cutting-edge brands, household name tech companies, hotels, retail, energy and leisure clients.

Due to a substantial increase in the team's pipeline, they are looking at making several hires into the team at NQ-5PQE. Our client has a track record of developing and nurturing junior lawyers, through a range of negotiation skills courses, an excellent buddy scheme and regular formal sit downs.

The Role:

Building on your experience at a junior level, this is a broad commercial real estate position encompassing everything from acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters and portfolio management through to development, investment and financing.

You will have the opportunity to work on some of the landmark transactions in the real estate sector globally, often working on acquisitions and disposals which make the national and international press. You may be someone who has gained strong real estate experience to date but wants to be working on the standout big ticket acquisitions for a range of pension funds, energy clients and developers, as well as major shopping centres, retail outlets and sports stadia.

About You:

You will have at least six months experience of commercial real estate during your training contract and be looking to join a genuine brand and market leader in real estate. You will ideally have gained a broad spread of work and be looking for the same moving forward, but as a step up in terms of the calibre, value and complexity of transactions, ultimately making you a more well-rounded lawyer.
