A top 50 law firm with an established presence both nationally and internationally are looking to hire a Commercial associate between the 2-4PQE mark to advise on IP, Technology and data breach matters. The firm can offer a broad variety of work, a work/life balance that may not be possible at most city firms and a close-knit inclusive culture.

The team are exceptional busy at present and want to continue the growth of their non-contentious commercial practice to assist with the amount of new technology, IP and data protection work within the firm. The team advise both the public and private sector which will give the successful candidate an interesting and rewarding split of work. The new joiner will advise on a broad array of commercial contracts, distribution terms, non-contentious IP matters, data protection work aswell as Corporate matters for the firm's technology focused clients.

The firm are looking for an individual with a minimum of two year's post-qualification experience within a leading regional, City or International practice. Experience is all aspects of commercial, IP, corporate and data protection work would be advantageous but is by no means a prerequisite to be considered for this opportunity.
