**INTERNATIONAL LAW FIRM** Hedge Funds Associate 3-8PQE

A market-leading Funds practice are looking to continue their growth with the hire for a Hedge Funds specialist between the 3-8PQE mark. The firm can offer competitive remuneration package, high-end work and the chance to work alongside real leaders within this field.

The funds team advise on a full-range of hedge funds, property investment and development funds, UCITS funds, private funds. The new joiner will predominantly focus on hedge funds work advising on open-ended hedge funds with a focus on fund formation. The successful candidate will also be expected to advise on regulatory funds work from time to time aswell and therefore some knowledge of AIFMD and MiFID will be required.

The team are looking for an individual with a minimum of three years post-qualification experience within an established regional, City or International Funds practice or those looking to return to private practice from an in-house role. Experience of hedge fund formation, in offshore domiciles would be particularly advantageous by not a pre-requisite to be considered for the role.
