The firm's Corporate practice is made up of 8 partners, 2 legal directors, 1 senior associate and a number of mid-level associates, trainees and support staff. The team benefits from a supportive, friendly and cohesive environment, as well as a good work / life balance ethic, with annual target billables set low at 1400 hours per annum.

The practice enjoys a full spread of corporate work, however enjoys particular expertise in advising on 'big ticket' ECM transactions. The firm works across a number of core sectors including, fashion, tech, natural resources and financial services.

The successful candidates will have experience practising at a City firm, ideally with exposure to ECM transactions. Candidates are also expected to have entrepreneurial flare and will be able to demonstrate an active and keen interest in business development.
