Legal Counsel

A fixed term contract legal counsel role with an independent investment management company in London.

Your new company
An independent investment management company. The company has offices in London and is looking to work on a hybrid basis.

Your new role
The role is a fixed term contract role for 10 months as a Legal Counsel. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include drafting and negotiating a wide variety of commercial contracts relating to asset management and corporate activities including outsourcing agreements, software licenses, cloud and other technology vendor agreements. You will also support other lawyers in the team on various matters as and when required, in particular in relation to impact of forthcoming regulatory changes.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be 1-5 years PQE (as a guide). You will be available at short notice and any exposure to commercial contracts is welcomed.
